Chargebacks

Upon purchasing, customers & clients agree they will not make any dishonest chargebacks for services purchased.

All chargebacks that are not the result of fraudulent payments with your card will be disputed and your chargeback will only be authorised if you hold documented evidence that you were the victim of fraud or credit card theft from a third-party. If you believe someone has purchased any services from JeaFx using your card details without your permission please contact us and we will help you solve your problem and return your funds.
