Trading Mastermind

The JeaFx Trading Mastermind operates under a strict no-refund policy.

There are no contracts & you can cancel your membership & subscription at any time via your members area, or by reaching out to me via email: james@jeafx.com.

Please make sure you cancel before your billing date if you want to leave as any payments made cannot be refunded.

Coaching

The JeaFx private coaching operates under a strict no-refund policy.

Once you pay for your coaching time my schedule is committed & cancellations affect that ~ therefore there’s no circumstance upon which you will receive a refund if requested.

Please only purchase coaching time that you are happy to complete.

Chargebacks

Upon purchasing you agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks.

Any chargeback that cannot be proven as fraud will be contested and denied ~ you will require solid proof that the payments made from your account were fraudulent & not of your own confirmation, else the chargeback will be handled & denied.

If you believe someone has used your card fraudulently to purchase any services from my site, contact me via email: james@jeafx.com and we will work with you to handle the situation & swiftly return your funds.
